I've known and utilized Karen and her team for several years now and they are the best! Always communicates and sends me texts to let me know my boys are doing OK. She and her team are real pro's! Initially, it took some time for my Biscuit to warm up to her, not her fault as he's a bit crazy and would growl and snarl, but she was patient and persistent and in no time, they were best buds. I highly recommend Walk and Wag and have done so many many times. If you love your babies as much as do, call Karen. I would never trust anyone else. She's awesome and loves what she does. She will come stay at your house if you are traveling too, which is awesome. No kennels, just love and kisses at home.
I have 3 dogs, one of which is very difficult/high anxiety so it is often challenging to say the least to find someone that is capable of dealing with my one “special needs” fur baby. Not only did Walk and Wag exceed my expectations with taking care of my 3 dogs, but they were able to work with my difficult dog and he now has a new friend that I can am confident can manage the challenges he brings. I would highly recommend their services!
Walk and Wag is very punctual and reliable. They take excellent care of my greyhounds while I am work. Their attention to detail and well being of my greys is top notch. They also are very accommodating to my erratic work schedule. They go above and beyond for myself and my greyhounds. I highly recommend them.
Karen and her team are amazing. They take the time to get to know your pet and then they take extraordinary care of the pet while you are away. They are reliable, honest and caring pet lovers themselves and it shows in how well they care for their clients and their owners.
I’d give more stars if I could. For health reasons, we had to suddenly move back to the Boston area. On such short notice, I found it difficult to coordinate a move, make healthcare arrangements, and make plans for our beloved Maine Coon, Morgan, to travel north. Stress doesn’t even begin to describe it. Then somehow Karen was brought into our lives. I brought Morgan to Karen as temporary boarder. Karen has a lovely home, and you can tell by talking to her how much she loves doing what she does. I felt totally comfortable leaving my baby with her. Then I got sick too. Morgan was adjusting well to being at Karen’s. She even gave the Morgan stamp of approval - hogging her pillow at night. Morgan adjusted very well. Knowing it would be difficult to properly take care of Morgan, myself, and a very sick boyfriend, I made the decision to re-home my baby. Without hesitation, Karen adopted Morgan. While this breaks my heart, I know without a doubt this is the right thing for Morgan. She goes outside now. She loves watching squirrels. I know Karen will love her just as much as I still do, but she’ll a have a better quality of life with Karen. If you’re looking for a pet care-giver, look no further. You’ve found the best. And if you happen to visit Karen’s home, check out how happy Morgan is. She’ll tell you you made the right choice.
Karen is awesome. She had taken care of my dogs before and it went smooth. This time, I had to be out of town for an unexpected emergency. I barely had time to pack. I called Karen on my way out of town and she was thankfully able to accommodate me. I'm sure she had to do some juggling with her schedule, but I really needed her and she came through!! She made a very stressful weekend, a less stressful one knowing things were handled at home.
They are absolutely wonderful. Felt completely comfortable leaving her in Karen's care.
So happy to have found a babysitter for our girl when we need it:)
They came over every day while we were on vacation to feed and care for our three cats and pick up the mail. This included changing the cat litter, most likely cleaning up cat-messes here and there, and keeping things tidy. Everything was in good order when we got back, and they even took the garbage can out to the street for pick-up. We'll be using them again and I'd recommend them to anyone.
They have been exceedingly responsive to my dog's fearfulness of thunderstorms here in Florida. This summer storms have been especially severe and frequent. I can monitor his behavior while I am away by camera. When he panics between visits, they are often able to return on short notice to rescue him. I have full confidence in their knowledge of animal behavior, health, and their genuine care for their animal clients. My dog has injured himself in past panic attacks to the point of requiring emergency hospital care. Karen's group and their care and responsiveness have eliminated my concerns for such injuries. I don't want to think what this summer would have been like without them.
I have used Karen and her company for over 4 years. I have 3 dogs and
two cats. She has walked my dogs, taken them to the vet, boarded them
and taken care of the cats in our house. When I leave my pets I know I
don't ever have to worry about them because they are in great hands.
She is aware of anything that seems different with their personality, if
they are not feeling well or whatever. I trust her and her company
completely. She is the best ever!!
